So while my 2013 predictions may have been a tad overzealous, at least one of these almost happened. Honestly, I think most of the world is still catching up to what I put down for 2012 predictions.

Fixing iTunes Artwork
Since upgrading to iTunes 11, my media library has suffered from a perennial absence of cover-art. This is most evident in my DVD collection, which I have been treating the same as my CD’s as it is impossible to manually filter through shelves of discs that are stacked in many configurations.

Upgrading Netatalk v3.0
For those of us running Linux file shares at home, AFP support is provided using something called Netatalk. Since my original posting on this a few years ago, this is now at version 3.0 and the configuration has changed somewhat. This article outlines some of the things you will need to do to configure Netatalk assuming you are running Ubuntu server.
